Job Summary

Leads advanced manufacturing operations by providing deep technical expertise and operational oversight across complex production processes. Ensures sustained production performance by owning process stability, resolving high-impact technical issues, and guiding technical execution across shifts or work areas. Strengthens manufacturing capability by serving as a primary technical resource, influencing process standards, and supporting strategic manufacturing initiatives. Drives operational consistency and risk mitigation by anticipating issues and aligning technical solutions with quality, safety, and production objectives. Enables continuous improvement and knowledge continuity by coordinating technical activities and supporting the development of technical talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the operation, setup, and optimization of highly complex manufacturing equipment and integrated production systems to ensure consistent output and product quality.
  • Resolves the most complex and high-risk equipment, process, or quality issues, applying advanced diagnostics and coordinating corrective actions across functions as needed.
  • Owns critical manufacturing processes or work cells, ensuring adherence to standard and non-standard operating procedures and driving process stability.
  • Analyzes advanced production, quality, and equipment performance data to identify systemic improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Guides, coaches, and provides technical direction to technicians, supporting skill development, work prioritization, and consistent execution of best practices.
  • Partners with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support new product introductions, technology transfers, and significant process changes.
  • Influences the development, validation, and governance of manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and technical documentation across the production environment.


Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • Vocational/Technical Diploma in manufacturing, industrial technology, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.


Work Experience

  • 6 – 9 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex manufacturing equipment or machinery, or a related field required.
