Manager of Patient Care (Nursing)

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center & Asante Ashland | Medford & Ashland, OR

Asante is seeking experienced Nursing Managers to provide leadership for several clinical areas across our health system, including:

• Cardiovascular Recovery
• Emergency Department (Ashland)
• Inpatient Observation Unit
• Surgery

In a leadership role at Asante, you will support departmental operations and strategic initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care aligned with Asante's Guiding Values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical teams within assigned departments
• Manage staffing, resources, and daily operations
• Promote quality, patient safety, and service excellence
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff while fostering accountability
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational and patient care goals
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience, including formal leadership experience
• Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certified Nurse Manager Leader (CNML) certification
• Leadership experience in the applicable specialty area
