Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform daily repair and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and irrigation issues.
• Maintain wells, pumps, water treatment systems, irrigation systems, and sprinklers.
• Perform building and greenhouse repairs
• Monitor facility conditions and promptly address safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, expenditures, and project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including: Electrical repairs, Plumbing, Mechanical repairs and Carpentry
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to write detailed repair reports and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to work 6 days per week.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
