Customer Service Representative

Location: In-Office (ability to commute to Middleton, ID required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
• Work closely with agents to support day-to-day operations
• Handle a high volume of calls, emails, text messages, and in-person requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Utilize computer systems to document interactions and track resolutions effectively
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the office environment
