About the Role:
ARIN HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients
- Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing treatments in the home setting
- Monitor and evaluate patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and agency standards
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Columbus, OH
- Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR/BLS certification required
