We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our property. This role requires a proactive approach to trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining day-to-day operations. Which consists of maintenance repairs, upkeep of residential units, buildings, common areas, grounds, and property equipment while providing timely and professional service to residents.
