• $16.00/hr
• $17.00/hr for bilingual English/Spanish candidates

Long’s Human Resource Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a busy customer service and claims support team in Fairhope, AL.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong attention to detail.

The role combines customer service, claims support, order entry, invoicing, and administrative work, with occasional responsibility for helping train new customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Handle incoming customer service calls
• Answer customer questions and maintain strong product knowledge
• Assist with escalated customer service issues
• Provide professional, helpful support throughout each interaction

Claims & Administrative Support

• Process customer claims
• Handle order entry and invoicing
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Maintain organized customer and claims records

Team Support

• Assist with training new customer service representatives as needed
• Work closely with team members to maintain a high level of customer support
• Contribute to a dependable, professional team environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Good computer and data entry skills
• 10-key experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Claims handling experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
