Accounts Payable Contractor

Currently Seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Contractor for a full-time long-term temporary position through the end of December. great opportunity in Mansfield, MA!

Responsibilities of Temporary Accounts Payable Contractor

-Verify accuracy between invoices and receiving logs.

-Respond to vendor calls and inquires

-Confirm receipt of material or services

-Enter invoices into ERP systems for payments

-Ensure employee reimbursement expenses are accurate prior to processing

-Perform reconciliation of vendor statements

-Research and resolve balance and other discrepancies

-Coordinated with vendors for payment of invoices

-Maintain vendor relationships

-Provide general support to accounting department and assist in coverage of switchboard as needed

-Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Temporary Accounts Payable Contractor

-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

-3+ years accounts payable experience in high volume environment

-Experience with MS Dynamics GP

-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel

-Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

-Strong verbal and written communications skills

-Able to work in a fast-pace environment while prioritizing tasks and consistently meet deadlines

-Problem solver

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21.00-$26.00/hr based on experience
