What You'll Learn:

• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform hand work on machined components
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues
• Complete production documentation
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Organize and prioritize daily work
• Apply continuous improvement principles

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Good attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow detailed procedures
• Strong basic math skills, including decimals
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
• Previous machining experience is not required

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

The schedule may eventually change to Tuesday–Friday or Wednesday–Saturday based on business needs.

Important: After approximately 6 months, employees will be required to rotate through a night shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday) for a period of time. The night rotation is not permanent. Occasional Saturdays may also be required during this period.

Hiring Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete a math and logic assessment at the staffing office
• Machinist candidates must score 80% or higher on the assessment
• Protective-toe, non-slip shoes required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $20/hour
• $1/hour raise after 90 days
