Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week

POSITION SUMMARY

Property Management company is seeking a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented Landscaper / Porter to support the upkeep and appearance of residential properties throughout Central San Diego.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, operating landscaping and groundskeeping equipment, performing general property cleanup, and handling a variety of maintenance and porter duties. The successful candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, and willing to perform hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate landscaping tools, hand tools, and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain exterior property grounds by pulling weeds, cutting grass, removing trash, and keeping common areas clean and organized.
• Perform debris removal and assist with large property clean-up projects.
• Operate a pressure washer to clean exterior surfaces and common areas.
• Remove graffiti from walls, trash enclosures, and other property surfaces.
• Perform minor cleaning services and wipe down interior areas of vacant units.
• Move furniture and assist with assembling, disassembling, and relocating furniture as needed.
• Perform general demolition and clean-up duties when required.
• Identify property issues and use good judgment to determine appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance while representing Shore Management, Inc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous landscaping, porter, janitorial, property maintenance, or general labor experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and groundskeeping equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and furniture as needed.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be comfortable performing a variety of general property maintenance and cleanup duties.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV
