We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time BDS Intake & Case Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in waiver services, BDS/BDDS systems, intake coordination, or case development.
Position Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with support coordinators and case managers
- Follow up on incoming referrals and client inquiries
- Ensure service plans and authorizations are approved in a timely manner
- Manage intake documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate communication between clients, families, and internal teams
- Assist with ongoing case development and enrollment processes
Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previously worked for a waiver provider agency
- Experience as a Support Coordinator
- OR experience working in intake/compliance for a BDS/BDDS agency
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
Candidates should already understand:
- CIH Budgets
- Service Plans
- Authorizations
- BDDS Portal
- Quarterly Reporting
- Incident Reporting
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$28 per hour
- Bonus: $300 bonus per active client enrolled
- Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week
