Equipment Operator – Backhoe, Mini Excavator, Trencher & Skid Steer

Location: Northlake / North Richland Hills, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating multiple types of construction equipment and can work safely, efficiently, and independently.

Equipment Experience Required

• Backhoe
• Mini excavator
• Trencher
• Skid steer
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently and perform daily equipment inspections
• Experience digging around utilities and working in active job sites is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate construction equipment
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and material handling
• Follow job-site plans, measurements, and directions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
• Work effectively with ground crews and other operators
• Follow all company safety policies and job-site requirements
• Complete work accurately while maintaining productivity and quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating construction equipment
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
• Must take pride in doing quality work and completing jobs efficiently
• Valid driver's license preferred
