What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Lift & Compressor Technician, you will independently install, diagnose, service, and maintain automotive equipment at customer locations. Equipment includes:

• Automotive lifts
• Air compressors and air systems
• Lubrication and oil delivery systems
• Oil tanks and other shop equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automotive lifts and compressors
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and mentor junior technicians
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, high attention to detail, and professionalism on every job
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work long hours or out of town

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with opportunities for overtime

Experience Level:

• Extensive, hands-on experience working specifically with automotive lifts and air compressors is required
• Strong background in heavy equipment repair, hydraulics, and electrical systems

Work Environment:

• In-person, hands-on work
• Combination of indoor (shop/warehouse) and outdoor job sites

Location:

• Main office located in Winter Springs, FL.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
