The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining company facilities and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition in accordance with company standards and sanitation requirements. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience and requires the ability to work in a cold and wet environment while performing a variety of cleaning and facility maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of company facilities, production areas, and exterior grounds.
• Complete custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning.
• Assist with dishwashing and laundry services as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and workspaces.
• Support the upkeep and organization of parking areas and company grounds.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to established guidelines.
• Assist with additional cleaning and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment for extended periods.

Work Environment:

• Majority of work is performed in a cold and wet environment.
• Fast-paced setting requiring frequent physical activity and adherence to sanitation standards.

PPE: Steel-toe boots required on day 1.
