MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED!

Join Our Apartment Maintenance Team!

Pay: $15.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community and ensure residents love where they live!

✅ What You'll Do:

• Complete apartment make-readies for new residents
• Perform general apartment maintenance
• Handle light plumbing repairs
• Complete basic electrical work (ceiling fan replacements, adapter changes, etc.)
• Paint apartments and common areas as needed
• Patch and repair holes in walls
• Assist with various maintenance projects around the property

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
