Pick and Packer - Now Hiring

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Pick & Packer to join their team. As a Pick & Packer, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pick & Packer

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Days (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.
• Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to identify materials or containers to be moved.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of products according to customer orders.
• Maintain the computerized store system, including serial number scanning and tracking.
• Assist with general distribution center duties such as packing, unpacking, and housekeeping.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and communication tools.
• Familiarity with using handheld computer scanners.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 49 lbs regularly.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stacker lifts, and pallet wrapping equipment is preferred.
