Facilities Coordinator - Now Hiring

Nyhus Enterprises is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to help maintain our equipment, building systems, and facilities. This position is a good fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair projects. 

Monday through Thursday from 6:00am – 4:30 pm or 10:00am - 8:30pm

Opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

$25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect equipment and machinery to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Troubleshoot problems and determine the appropriate repairs
• Use equipment manuals and building blueprints when planning repairs
• Perform general building repairs, including drywall, painting, doors, and other fixtures
• Complete routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Assist with maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Help develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety programs
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of carpentry and building repairs
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in tight or awkward spaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
