Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in providing high-quality speech therapy services to a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Support assessment and evaluation procedures as directed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
  • Certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
  • Paid Holidays (if they fall on your scheduled workday) – Eligible upon hire.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Employees accrue PTO throughout the year, up to a maximum of 144 hours annually. Employees may carry over up to 40 unused hours into the following calendar year. Accrued PTO will be eligible for use after 90 days of employment.
  • Company sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Eligible beginning the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 401(k) Plan – Eligible upon hire, subject to plan terms.
  • Annual continuing education reimbursement of up to $300, subject to company policy and approval requirements.
