Service Desk Technician - Cleared - Now Hiring

RDTS is seeking a cleared Service Desk Technician to support the U.S. Dept of Treasury in Washington, D.C. This role shall provide front-line IT support for Treasury's mission-critical program users during expanded workday hours. IT is full-time, Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm, fully onsite in downtown DC, and available upon a favorable federal background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier I/II user support for workstations, printers, VOIP phones, and peripherals.
• Respond to service requests via phone and/or the ITSM system.
• Log, track, resolve or escalate tickets.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures including user provisioning, equipment setups, and moves.
• Comply with all Treasury security policies for classified environments.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must possess an active Security Clearance
• 2+ years’ IT support experience 
• College degree in Information Technology or relevant field; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Strong customer service acumen.
• Proficient in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Ability to escalate and follow standard operating procedures.
• CompTIA Security+ preferred
