Start date: ASAP, Sunday end date.
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36.
Shift Length: 12hr days EVERY WEEKEND 6a-6p.
Call back minimum is 2 hours.
Weekend Rotation Requirements: every weekend contract.
Holiday Rotation Requirements: Yes, every other.
ALL Required Licenses and Certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT) (R), WI license.
Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 2 years of experience is required - will be working alone.
EPIC Charting Experience (required or preferred): EPIC preferred.
Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Siemens CT experience preferred.
