Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
The SLP will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic services, and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
Document patient services accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state SLP license.
CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility.
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
