Animal Care Needed

Raine is very spicy in the bathtub at home, and I'm not very good at it in the first place. I also have no idea how to get her to sit still to clip her claws and she loves to sit on shoulders. I love treating her like a little parrot, but would like to keep my back intact. She's been overgrooming for a while and constantly itchy, but no bugs on her as far as I'm aware.
