Cherry Picker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Cherry Picker to join their team. As a Cherry Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cherry Picker

Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Range: $21 (Raise up to $27 after temp to hire period)

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and complete orders accurately and efficiently
• Put away inbound materials according to established procedures
• Operate material handling equipment safely at all times
• Maintain a strong focus on quality with a goal of zero errors
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–6 months of material handling equipment experience preferred
• Cherry Picker / Reach Truck experience required
• Ability to pass a basic reading and math skills test
• Basic English proficiency (all documentation is in English)
