Medical Provider

OpEx Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work on a government contract for the Maryland Army National Guard:

Job description

· Perform physical examinations for special military schools and miscellaneous other military medical examinations as required.

· Conduct Periodic Health Assessments (PHA).

· Conduct Post-Deployment Health Assessments (PDHA).

· Conduct Post-Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA).

Required Education and Experience

· Valid, current, and unrestricted Maryland State License

· Three (3) years minimum as medical provider working directly with military

· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

· Skills & expertise to perform medical readiness assessments

· Strong attention to detail and be highly organized

· Operate basic office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers

· Multi-task and work in a team environment

· Excellent communication in English, phone etiquette, customer service and people skills

Other

· PAs must maintain an active Collaboration Agreement with a collaborating physician in accordance with the Maryland PA Modernization Act of 2024.

· US Citizen and pass background check, to include FBI fingerprint check and National Agency Check with Written Inquires (NACI)

· Offer contingent on contract award
