Patient Care Coordinator

Sibia Eye Institute in Boynton Beach, FL is looking for front office patient care coordinator to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 11195 S Jog Rd Ste 2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Ability to work as a team member
• Management of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Motivation to succeed
• Empathetic personality giving attention to patient's needs and concerns
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• One year minimum experience or training in medical practice
• Preferably Bilingual
