Location: Ashville, Ohio
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Job Summary

Shipper responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, and staging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and verify orders using pick lists or sales orders

• Count parts and accurately record quantities, weights, and dimensions

• Package, palletize, label, and stage materials for shipment

• Inspect materials and report damaged or incorrect products

• Maintain accurate product identification and traceability

• Follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirements

• Operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read labels, shipping documents, and written instructions in English

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities

• Strong safety and quality awareness

• Warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred

• Willingness to complete required equipment training and certification

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
