Caseload: K–12 (details vary by placement)
Pay: $18–$23/hr based on experience
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Reliable transportation required
Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA school clearances
Comfortable working with students with a variety of behavioral and learning needs
Willingness to work with different caseloads and student populations
Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
