MMaterial Handler

Location: Clackamas, OR

Paying $20-22/hr.

Shift - 8-4:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Moving material either manually or with forklift within construction materials yard, warehouse, and production shop
• Receiving raw materials via flatbed truck and enclosed trailer, storing in warehouse or materials yard
• Loading flatbed, curtain truck, client/contractor vehicles in will call area
• Work closely with the production crew as needed; moving and prepping materials for production runs and moving finished product from shop to yard or warehouse

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a forklift is a must; experience moving large/oblong/heavy material is a great fit i.e. lumber, steel, building materials, etc.
• Must be able to provide customer service appropriately when needed.

Environment / Shift:

• Large materials yard and loading/unloading area. Warehouse and Production shop on opposing ends of the property.
• This position requires working in the elements, large materials yard with most of the time spent outside moving from area to area.
• Day Shift: 8am-4:30pm, M-F with rotating 1/2 Saturdays during summer months as needed to support will call

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
