In this role, you'll work weekday shifts, totaling 32.5 hours weekly, starting late August and running through November with the opportunity to transition to direct placement following your contract period.

Ideal candidates bring:

• Highly qualified status via passing the MN Para Educator Exam or completion of at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required, diploma or degree alone does not suffice)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude with diverse classroom teams
• Experience or willingness to assist with all aspects of student support, including toileting needs
• Ability to map out commute to the selected school site—choose the location best suited for you
• Commitment to professionalism, dependability, and student well-being

Responsibilities include:

• Providing instructional and behavioral support to students under teacher guidance
• Promoting inclusion and engagement throughout the school day
• Assisting with personal and physical care needs as necessary
• Working closely with teachers, specialists, and families in a dynamic educational setting
• Creating positive daily experiences for students
