Packaging & Palletizing Operator

• 1st Shift: 6:45AM – 3:00 PM | $22.00/hour
•  2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM | $23.00/hour

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable Production Associates to join our clients manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you'll help support the production process by packaging finished products, palletizing materials, supplying production lines, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position plays an important role in ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package, stack, and palletize finished products according to production requirements.
• Count and organize finished goods for shipment.
• Supply production lines with materials, components, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Assist with loading bottles, opening packaging materials, and supporting production operations.
• Monitor production flow and notify the appropriate team members of any quality or equipment concerns.
• Complete production documentation accurately and maintain inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Assist in other production areas and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 10-hour shift, including overtime as needed.
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to carry and stack finished products onto pallets.
• Comfortable working around moving equipment in a manufacturing environment.
