Paraprofessionals are needed to work within ABA and LLD programs, helping support students’ growth and learning in an engaging, inclusive educational environment. We are seeking five dedicated individuals ready to collaborate with teachers and specialists, making a difference each day. The LLD program will run from July 6th to July 31st, and the ABA program runs from June 29th to August 7th. Work hours are conveniently scheduled from 9 am to 12 pm, offering a fulfilling part-time schedule for the summer.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar school-based support role
• Familiarity with ABA or LLD programs preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build rapport and provide academic or behavioral support to students
• Positive attitude and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Readiness for an ASAP start and willingness to work through the summer session

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in daily instructional and behavioral activities
• Provide individualized and small group support to students
• Implement teachers’ strategies to promote student engagement and progress
• Support classroom routines, activities, and transitions smoothly
• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all students
