We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a growing industrial operation in Bay St. Louis, MS. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a demanding industrial environment.

Schedule & Availability

• $24/hour starting pay
• Must be available to work a rotating schedule
• 2 weeks on day shift / 2 weeks on night shift
• 5–7 days per week, depending on operational needs
• 8–12 hour shifts
• Flexibility for overtime and extended shifts is required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose electrical issues and safely restore equipment to operation
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Follow all company safety procedures and electrical standards
• Work effectively with maintenance and production teams

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and extended hours
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Electrical training, certification, or journeyman experience is a plus
