Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings
• Ability to support students in both 1:1 and group learning environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexibility, patience, and passion for working with diverse student populations
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Provide direct assistance to students, either individually or within groups
• Monitor and encourage student engagement, participation, and progress
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
