Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings
- Ability to support students in both 1:1 and group learning environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility, patience, and passion for working with diverse student populations
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
- Provide direct assistance to students, either individually or within groups
- Monitor and encourage student engagement, participation, and progress
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
