Job Summary

As a Customer Service Rep, you will assist customers over the phone with parking ticket payment questions and support. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

- Document call details and follow established office and customer service procedures.
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to support a diverse customer base.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism in a full-time office setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Santa Ana, CA, near 17th Street and Tustin Avenue.
- Dress code: Casual dress code, jeans are allowed.
- Start date: Starts ASAP.
- Selection process: Candidates may be selected from resume for immediate start with no interview required.
