Positions are immediately available, with assignments running through June 2027 and tailored to your background and district needs. Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year working as a paraprofessional, instructional assistant, or in a similar school/special education environment
• Must meet one of Pennsylvania’s paraprofessional credentialing requirements (48+ college credits, Associate’s degree or higher, or passing a qualifying local/state assessment)
• Willingness to obtain required certifications within 60 days of hire if not already held
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30–35 minutes of assignment sites in Lehigh County
• Comfortable supporting students who may display challenging behaviors and/or require personal care, including feeding, toileting, and lifting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students within assigned classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to implement individualized educational plans
• Assist with daily living activities and reinforce learning goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment for all learners
