Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with Litigation experience for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who has strong litigation support experience and enjoys working closely with attorneys on state and federal court matters.

The Litigation Paralegal will support a busy legal services environment with discovery, subpoenas, document organization, pleadings, motions, case deadlines, and trial preparation. This is a strong opportunity for a paralegal who values professional teamwork, supportive attorneys, organized processes, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to active litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare deposition, trial, and records subpoenas in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate third-party records production, review records, and prepare summaries for attorney use.
- Analyze, organize, and manage documents and data produced by clients and through discovery.
- Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, submissions, discovery requests, and discovery responses for state, federal, arbitration, and mediation matters.
- Prepare litigation notebooks, binders, exhibits, and other case materials as needed.
- Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and keep attorneys and staff informed of conferences, filings, and case milestones.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Orlando, FL.
