CNC Mill Operators (4-5 Axis)

Job Position: Mill Operators (4-5 Axis)

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53224

Pay Rate: $28-$40

Description: 2nd Shift
CNC mill (Makino or similar), Fanuc (G&M) knowledge preferred.

1. Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC mills

2. Work on Makino or comparable machining centers

3. Read and interpret complex blueprints

4. Understand GD&T

5. Set up and use proper fixturing/workholding

6. Change and manage cutting tools

7. Set and adjust tool offsets

8. Understand/edit G & M code

9. Perform first-piece and in-process inspection

10. Use micrometers, calipers and other precision measuring equipment

11. Troubleshoot or make adjustments to programs

12. Maintain tight tolerances

13. Work with high-mix, low-volume precision parts
