We have been asked by a Medical Device Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find Manufacturing Operator/Assembly Workers for 1st 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will support the production of medical device products by performing assembly, packaging, machine operation, quality checks, and other manufacturing tasks in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a respected and growing company.

 

First Shift: $15.00 per hour, 6:45am - 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Second Shift: $15.50 per hour, 2:45pm - 11:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Third Shift: $16.00 per hour, 10:45pm - 7:00am, Sunday thru Thursday

What will you do as a Manufacturing Operator/Assembly Worker?

• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks according to product specifications
• Feed component parts into semi-automated machinery

• Remove products from semi-automated machinery
• Conduct required chemical checks and make chemical additions when necessary
• Remove and clean product forms using a pressure washer according to manufacturing procedures
• Monitor machine operation and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Assist with meeting daily production goals and deadlines

 

What qualifications will you have as a Manufacturing Operator/Assembly Worker?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
