Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a school paraprofessional or similar classroom support role
• Proficient in assisting high school students with academic, organizational, or behavioral needs
• Ability to collaborate with certified teachers, support staff, and administrators
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with students and colleagues
• Current credentials to work in a school environment
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students in the resource room with academic assignments, individualized programs, and behavioral goals
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation and student engagement
• Provide one-on-one and small group support as needed
• Document student progress and observations
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
