Educational Support Professional (ESP) / Behavior Interventionist (BI)

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Professionals (ESPs) and Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to support students in a school district near St. Albans, Vermont. Multiple openings are available serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Position Details
Full-Time
Start Date: August 20
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
37.5 hours per week
Onsite school-based position
Multiple BI opportunities available across K-8 grade levels
Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral and educational support to students
Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and classroom strategies
Support students academically, socially, and emotionally
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administrators
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Monitor and document student progress as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Experience supporting students with behavioral or special education needs is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, reliable, and student-focused approach
Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom and student needs
Interview Process
Interviews are conducted on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM
In-person interviews are preferred, though alternative arrangements can be accommodated as needed
