Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working or volunteering in a school setting preferred

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students
- Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude in daily interactions
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and classroom environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require Paraprofessional certification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing materials, organizing classroom activities, and reinforcing lesson content
- Provide direct support to students during academic instruction, transitions, and social or behavioral development
- Facilitate one-on-one or small group instruction under teacher supervision
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable
- Supervise students in various school settings, ensuring safety and engagement
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere that promotes student confidence and participation
