Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Behavior Technician to work with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs in the Sacramento area. This role involves providing direct support through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living

• Assist with behavior management and reinforcement strategies

• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
