Board Certified Behavior Analyst (School- based BCBA)

A school serving K–2 students is seeking an onsite BCBA for a part‑time assignment beginning September through October to cover a maternity leave. After October, the role transitions into providing Tier II and Tier III behavioral support for students with general behavioral challenges for the remainder of the school year.

Caseload & Duties

• Supervision of RBTs — Oversee and support RBTs working with K–2 students, with a total school population just under 500 students.
• Maternity Leave Coverage — Provide direct oversight and behavioral programming for students with multiple disabilities during September–October.
• Tier II & III Support — Implement targeted and intensive interventions for students with emerging or significant behavioral needs.
• Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to maintain consistent behavioral systems.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in early‑childhood or elementary school settings preferred
• Strong background in supervising RBTs and implementing behavior‑analytic programming
