What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Technician, you will:

Work one-on-one with children using ABA therapy techniques

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Help children improve communication, social skills, behavior management, and daily living skills

Track client progress and complete accurate session documentation

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and clinical team members

Create a supportive and engaging learning environment

Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Experience working with children

Interest in psychology, healthcare, education, ABA therapy, or child development

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a plus
