Job Description

·                     Oversee the overall performance

·                     Manage 30 employees

·                     Drive key plant performance metrics including quality, on-time delivery, and production efficiency for specialty vehicle builds

·                     Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute the production schedule and manage inventory levels

·                     Serve as a floor-driven leader, maintaining a hands-on presence approximately 70% of the time to ensure rapid vehicle turnaround

Key Requirements 

·                     5+ years of experience managing a team of people in a production or manufacturing environment

·                     Open to various manufacturing processes including welding, fabrication, and assembly
