School-Based Physical Therapist - Butler, GA

You’ll work directly with one student, delivering specialized care and ensuring continuity of support in a contract position with an immediate start and stable assignment extending through May 2027.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Valid Georgia PT license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
• Current credentials and certifications required to practice in Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized physical therapy services for one student, adapting interventions to meet their unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and other therapy professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Maintain timely documentation of progress, assessments, and ongoing treatment
• Attend meetings and provide updates to the educational team as needed
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for school-based PT services
