Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic support tailored to special education students, working closely with certified teachers.
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and assignments.
• Provide clerical support including preparing classroom materials, maintaining records, and facilitating day-to-day operations.
• Create a supportive, inclusive atmosphere to encourage student engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Foster open communication with educators and families as appropriate.
• Maintain a consistent presence, working 40 hours per week throughout the contract period.
