We’re actively hiring an experienced LPN/LVN for a Surgical Step-Down opportunity at Mercy Hospital South in Saint Louis, MO.
⭐ Position Highlights

- Surgical Step Down / Med Surg setting
- 2+ years of experience required
- Possible extension opportunity
✅ Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN/LVN license or Compact license
- 2+ years of recent LPN/LVN experience
- Med Surg / Surgical Step-Down experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
