Production Associate - Hutchinson

Location: Cadillac, MI

Hutchinson is currently hiring Production Associates for all shifts at our Cadillac, MI facility. If you're looking for a stable manufacturing position with a great team environment, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate

$17.50 per hour

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
• Monitor production processes and identify defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
