A growing and evolving organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations across multiple locations. Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus a 20% target bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns
- Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives
- Oversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendors
- Partner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness efforts
- Assist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience
- Support organizational growth, change management, and other strategic people initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Several years of progressive human resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting benefits, HR administration, and compliance functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Background
- Multi-site HR support experience
- Experience within manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial environments
- Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
- Experience supporting organizations through growth, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
